We had Okanagan Shade & Shutter Ltd repair one of our outdoor solar screens, and we were very impressed with the service. Nikki was extremely responsive from the start, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were a pleasure to deal with. The repair was completed promptly and professionally, and the screen is working perfectly again. The service he gave us , from discussing product and colour combinations , to taking measurements and installation was amazing. The time line from beginning to end was better than expected.
